Want to join an outstanding small team of service coordinators who support engineers and maintain good relationships with customers daily?
What will you be doing?
·Taking inbound calls from customers and resolving queries
·Outbound calls to customers to schedule visits and maintenance visits for engineers
·Check warranties, organise replacement parts and clarify scenarios with customers and engineers
·Liaise with engineers to inform of work to be carried out
·Confirm orders, visits etc via email to customers
·Input each order, and maintenance visit onto in house system
What do you need?
·Prior experience of a call centre or office environment advantageous with telephone communication experience particularly useful
·Competent with Microsoft Office
