Business Development Manager Permanent

Business Development Manger

Due to continued growth and success, we are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for a consultancy business, based in Hersham.

The role consists primarily of making outbound calls to book appointments and win new management contracts for the business.

The element of the role is B2B, speaking to Procurement Directors/Managers, Financial, Facilities or other department heads and conveying energy and waste management consultancy services and how it would benefit them.

The successful candidate must be motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and high-quality B2B sales environment.

Required skills

  • Experience working in a sales environment – B2B
  • Proven ability to hit targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be confident and present at board level
  • Results driven and good work ethic

Benefits

  • Upto £40,000 basic OTE utpto £55,000
  • Plus £5k car allowance
