When using temporary staff it is beneficial if you prepare resources (PC, desk etc) in advance, provide clear goals, induct them effectively including HAS and spend time training them on how you want them to carry out the work. Ensure that the team are introduced to the temp and they are made to feel part of the company. Obtain feedback from the manager supervising the temp as well as the temp to ensure that all is proceeding well.
