Reporting into the Assistant Financial Controller the Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of processing supplier invoices and payments through the Oracle Accounting system for the EA region, raising authorisation for all expenses, scheduling payments to suppliers, monthly expenses accruals, reconciling payments in Oracle, resolving supplier queries, and assisting with audit requests.

Previous experience in accounts payable is essential with knowledge of Oracle would be useful, good level of education, solid career history, strong organisational and MS Office skills.
