Description | Customer Care & Support Consultant Based in Kingston Up to £37,000.00pa depending on experience
The Customer Care & Support Consultant will be providing software services to clients, specialising in practice management. This position is primarily office based (although some site visits may be necessary as determined by the Team Leader) using telephone, email and remote support facilities to interact with clients.
The Customer Care & Support Consultant will be a confident, determined self-starter with excellent problem solving and communication skills. You will possess the enjoyment of challenging situations and the flexibility to work in an environment where there is the freedom to act and the authority to take decisions is essential. The Customer Care & Support Consultant will be responsible for resolving the client queries and issues, both technical and application and to maintain and improve client satisfaction. You must be able to provide excellent software support that is efficient in response times and effective in resolution.
To be considered for this position you must be educated to a degree level in a business related degree including some Accountancy and IT. Ideally you will have a recognised Microsoft qualification such as MCSA or MCTS (Microsoft SQL Server) and have the awareness of the fundamentals of UK Accounting principles. This position is a very busy role and you will need to be able to go in and hit the ground running.
