£20,000 + commission (OTE £25K)
Financial Operations Executive required for this expanding business to assist the Managing Partners in the smooth running of the company’s client liaison and account departments. The Financial Operations Executive will also be required to work closely with the company’s clients, diplomatically chasing the payment of invoices, addressing queries and developing relationships. The key tasks for this position will be the setting up of new accounts, raising and sending invoices, ensuring invoices are paid, following up short payments or addressing queries, identifying when and where to send new invoices, sales management and management reporting to the Managing Partners.
The Financial Operations Executive will be at least part qualified in either CIMA, ACCA or ACA with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a commercial accounts department. Ideally you will be proficient in Polish and obtain working experience of Pegasus’s Opera and general Microsoft software skills (in particular Excel).
The Financial Operations Executive will be target driven, ambitious, have high levels of literacy, numeracy & accuracy, attention to detail, confident professional telephone manner, well spoken, presentable and approachable.
