Description

Job Title PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
Objective To assist in the smooth running of the company payroll
Reports to Payroll Supervisor
Responsible for Inputting all client schedules and raising invoices.
Liaise with client’s payroll departments.
Assist Payroll Supervisor to ensure smooth running of the weekly payroll
Working relationships You will be working closely with the Customer Service Department and all external client’s payroll departments.
Essential Qualifications and Skills Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel
Must be a good communicator and team player. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. Be self-motivated and self-disciplined
Key tasks Monitor incoming emails to payroll department
Liaise with external clients’ payroll departments
Produce payslips for contractors
Raise payment schedules for invoicing
Raise invoices for weekly payroll
Answer contractor payroll queries
Send weekly text messages to contractors
Assist Payroll Supervisor
Core skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and all Microsoft software
Good Telephone manner
