Great opportunity for someone with a couple of years experience in IT support to join this large expanding global organisation, working in a team, providing resolution to external client issues by phone.
Taking ownership for each call or email, fully investigating the problem, logging the call and recording issue, escalating problem to other departments when necessary, providing the client with continual update on incident and progress, providing comprehensive solution, with regard to their software issues, meeting client expectations and resolving.
Ideally the IT Helpdesk support will have worked in a first line support position previously, preferably in a software support on windows platform (web desired) environment, pc literate, with an excellent articulate telephone manner.
