A Slough based software company have approached First 4 Personnel (& Temps) to recruit a Customer Service Assistant to provide their customers with product advice via telephone and email.
This vacancy would suit someone who has been working within an accounts department but feels they want to take a different career path, more of a customer focused role but still using their accounts knowledge. Ideally you will have an accounts qualification.
The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for fault-finding and troubleshooting customer problems and offering full product support.
You must have proven customer service experience as this is obviously an essential part of this role, which would include excellent communication skills.
